As a wedding planner, and a guest, this was the best experience i have ever had. The rooms were clean and ecletic, it is not a ritz carlton if that is what you are looking for, all the rooms all the same, this is not for you. This is a great hotel, the staff knew our names, the bartenders knew... more

Our scuba diving club from Lexington, Kentucky stayed at the Palms as a result of several recommendations, and were pleasantly surprised. The scuba diving was good, as was Dive Experience, our dive operator, but this is about the resort. In my opinion, the resort appears to be in the final stages of a total upgrade. My room (no. 24) was... more

My wife and 2 children went to this hotel for vacation. We had some problems with the rooms but the management made up for this by exemplry service. There is no reason to have a bad experience at this hotel because the owner Chuck will bend over backwards to take care of you. When the A/C went on the fritz,... more

Thank you for your kind comments and I will make sure that our staff is aware of how much you appreciated your stay. The last couple of months we have had some days where the municipal water has had a slight rust color. The municipality is trying to isolate the source of the problem and get it fixed, hopefully they...

For my birthday, my partner and I traveled to St. Croix and stayed at the Palms at Pelican Cove. We found the hotel to be paradise within the paradise that is St. Croix. We were immediately met at the front desk by Haydee, who was extremely nice, informative, and put us to ease immediately. In subsequent days, front desk people... more

My favorite part about the palms has got to be that you are so incredibly close to the ocean all the time. I slept with the door to the balcony open every night i was there just so i could hear the waves. I definatley plan on going back. p.s. Make sure to try the fruit and yogurt for breakfast... more

The Palms at Pelican Cove is a jewel in a small treasure chest called St. Croix, U.S.V.I. We spent five nights at The Palms and really hated to leave. It was the first time in years I had stayed at a hotel/resort and was able to completely relax and have a good time. The rooms are very comfortable, with private... more

My wife and I spent our Honeymoon at The Palms. Eleven wonderful days. We enjoyed just about everything about it. The beach is great. The reef provides excellent snorkeling, right out your back door. The on-site restaurant served up some of the best meals I've ever had (the chef has a way with mahi-mahi). The open-air bar and dining are... more

Amazing place. Everything was perfect, the food, the service, the views, and of course the beach - right out your door. We especially loved the service. Everyone was so nice to us. The owners were great and we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when we go back to St. Criox. more

Awesome stay in St. Croix Palms at Pelican Cove – what a treat! [--] We live on St. Thomas and needed to get away for a long weekend. Without a lot of advance planning we took a recommendation from a friend and booked into The Palms hotel just outside of Christiansted. The property is an absolute find! Clean, well taken... more

We had a splendid time at the Palm at Pelican Cove. It's northwest of Christiansted, situated on the beach. I picked this hotel out of a small list of possibles. I didn't want a cheap place because I was suspicious of a dump, considering all the nice places were at $200/day and up. Our trip began as a work trip... more

Thank you so much for the wonderful review. I will make sure that the staff know how much you appreciated their attentiveness. Just as quick comment, I sometimes find the night lighting a bit dim in the Seaside Café as well, although it does make for a more intimate atmosphere. In order for us to continue making improvements here at...
