beautiful view but room wasn't clean, there was no hot water the whole time I was there, the microwave was broke, cable was out and the A/C was broke. This hotel needs help fast. Messed up a short 1 day vacation experience. more

While the resort is lovely (although somewhat aged) we experienced towels in the room so frayed that Goodwill wouldn't have taken them, a shortage of towels, a lack of furniture, nonworking stove, a refrigerator that went belly up (although the staff did get that replaced very quickly) and a fair hike up a hill with luggage (no assistance even offered).... more

I was very pleased with my stay at Chenay Bay Beach Resort. From the General Manager-Victor to Administrative Front Desk Staff (Anna/Shermaine/Debbie), Maintenance (Mario & Frank), Housekeeping (Milda/ Lerida/ Manuela/Maria/Juliette), Grounds keepers (Felix) to the Gift Shop personnel.
