Where to start? First, the Bellavista gave our room away. This after I called and confirmed the reservation a day before we arrived. We wanted the two bedroom suite, but had to settle for a standard room that didn't really accomadate our party. They agreed to give us a better rate for the inconvenience, but reneged on that when we settled the bill. Next, the rooms were all in a state of disrepair. Lights out, tolets that ran all night, leaky faucets, widows that wouldn't open. The management was obviously cutting corners on the up keep. Also, the Bellavista Scott Hotel claims to have a pool side bar and resturant. Nope. Nothing but a dusty reminant of better days gone by. Then why currently advertise you have these amenities? All this and the place is in a bad section of town to boot!
