My husband and I still to this day reflects on our first visit to the Capitol of the Virgin Islands. St. Thomas captured and a lasting sparkle to our vacation with its topographic beauty, the beaches, the cultural craft and foods and by its warm and friendly people. it would be remissed if we did not mentioned the superb hospitality... more

The service at the Windward Passage was AMAZING! At check-in I was ugraded to an ocean front view room. Ask for Jolena! When making my reservations she was very informative suggesting TONS of things to do on the island. I even visited Tortola! The view was spectacular. In the evening I would just sit and watch the cruise ships leave... more

Travel agent selected the hotel for its proximity to the ferry dock. We spent one night at the hotel before taking the ferry to Tortola. The ferry dock is a short walk (1 block) from the hotel. The hotel was clean, the room had a view of the harbor and we had a nice stay. We had a drink and... more

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the ferry dock since we were catching a ferry early the next morning to Tortola. Upon check-in, the lady at the desk asked if this was our first stay with them. We said yes and with that we were upgraded to an ocean front room! Then we had a chance to meet... more

I stayed there in August/2009 for a few days/night and I had a not too good experience that time. However I stayed there several times before and received great service from the staff. I won't let one bad experience turn me away from staying there. I would like to commend Linda for taking the time to respond to my questions... more

Many business travelers visiting the U.S. Virgin Islands quickly select brand hotels with which they are familiar. Other business travelers prefer value, and proximity, so they select the Windward Passage Hotel. The staff is always prompt and courteous even from the onset of calling into the switch board. Their service certainly does not stop there. I call to make reservations... more

This was my 2nd time staying at the Windward Passage in the last few months, and like last time, I was very happy. I had an ocean view room this time around, and the sunrise was absolutely beautiful. :) The staff was friendly as usual. In fact, the bellhop brought my credit card up to my room when they realized... more
