Anyone staying at the Bunker Hill Hotel in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas will not be disappointed. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the room was sparkling clean with very accommodating maid staff, The manager recommended a little restaurant called Cuzzins not far from the hotel serving native Carribbean food and it was perhaps the best... more

This small hotel is located a five minute walk away from Main Street. The office is run by two MOST accomodating folks: Alaphia and Beven (forgive my spelling!) The only drawback is that there is no elevator and the hotel is set up with MANY levels and LOTS of narrow stairs. We stayed in Room 21, which has two dbl... more

I stayed at the Bunker hill hotel on many occasions back in 2004. Believe me when I tell you the rates are great, not the best part of town but you are within walking distance from everything. The downside is the lack of parking and the amount of stairs you have to walk up to get to some of the... more

The Bunker Hill staff was very nice and rooms were clean. I normally stay at resorts and large chain hotels so this 18 room inn was a nice change for me. Breakfast was very good each am with a nice view !! The location is wonderful just walk down the street and everything is right there : bars, food, ferry... more

We booked at this place because it was cheap. It was great. The rooms were clean, a complete breakfast was included (eggs, toast, coffee, juice) and there even was a small pool with lounges on one of the roofs. It is a budget hotel but it was better than we expected. Our friends stayed at the Holiday Inn, paid over... more

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but very, very basic. It was just a place to crash after a long days flight before we ventured on to St. John for the next week and 1/2. There were numerous steps that luggage had to be carried up with no elevators. During daytime hours it is located... more

I'm a college student, so we picked this place because it was cheap. So, it has a purpose. However, first it's in the ghettos of town. There is no parking available. There are bugs all over the room and in all the drawers. "Complimentary" breakfast consists of eggs that I doubt you'd feed your dog, plain toast, and bacon. I... more

Old and stinky, with mosquitos all over your room. Complimentary breakfast means one egg every morning (not joking), cable means some 10 weird channels - and complimentary transportation means the owner making up reasons for not giving it to you. I didn't!According to the owner, complimentary means at his good will. My friendly advice, don't go for this place, not... more

I recently relocated to the USVI. While apartment hunting I stayed at the Bunker Hill Hotel in St. Thomas for ten nights. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, helpful and and accomodating staff; cleanliness of the rooms and two pools; and the view from the pool deck and upper balcony while eating the complimentary daily breakfast. Some mornings I... more
