We had a great time here. We went in March of 2008 and again in 2009. It's a beautiful facility, and not to contradict anyone else's experience, but we found the staff to be very helpful and polite. FRENCHMAN'S REEF (along with Morningstar) is the hotel section of Marriott St Thomas. Yea, it was a nice place but it wasn't as luxurious and wonderful as their website would have you believe. The food was semi-crappy and overpriced, except for Havana Blue which was absolutely delicious and worth the extra money.
