I vacationed here last June and had a lovely time! It was my second trip to the beautiful island of St. John. We pretty much had cruz bay villas to ourselves. Beautiful views from the window, nice pool, clean, and close enough to town. You may need a car rental if you cant handle walking up very steep hills. we did not mind and a car was not an absolute must. the grounds were very beautiful and secluded. we also had a freindly resident cat. Upon arrival there was a man there to meet us who showed us around the unit. he was a very friendly man and offered his knowledge about things to do on the island. The view from the pool at night is beautiful. you can see all the sparkling lights on St. Thomas. we had the pool all to ourselves all week! This may be due to the off season though. For the price this was just right. Wherever you decide, you will love St. John! Not even the worst hotel, villa could ruin a trup to STJ. more
