This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever been through. I stayed here for 1 week through a timeshare. We checked in at 11 p.m. to an extremly dirty room (both beds had been slept in, towels scattered, bathroom dirty and garbages were full). Hotel needs paint, carpet, furniture, repairs, and anything else you couls think of. Everything you buy comes with a 15% gratuity added even when you serve yourself in the buffet or the snack bar. First and foremost, i must say that if you are travelling to a foreign country - DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO. The Bahamas is an expensive place! Booked this hotel on an all inclusive basis and had a great time. Don't understand the negative reports below so had to write this review. After reading some of the reviews before I went to the Wyndham in Nassau I was a bit hesitant. I wasn't sure what to expect. But I was surprised! I am not sure about all the negatives with regard to this resort because our stay was perfect. We stayed May 24th through May 29th and everything went very smoothly. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the H tower over looking the ocean and the pool. We had two rooms that had been renovated within the last couple of years.... more

The CEO of Wyndham should be fired, and possibly criminally charged for impersonating a hotel operator, for allowing his or her brand to be placed on this mess of a business.
