I just got back from a great vacation at Blue Water. The people there were beyond friendly it was so much fun! Our villa was really large and so we felt like we were at home because we got to have everything laid out orderly rather having to spend time during our vacation making sure our cramped in hotel room... more

This was my first visit to the Bahamas and I fell in love with island. The beaches were beautiful and the water was close to being crystal clear. My husband who nomally gets the best resorts/hotels in town had booked through hotwire so we really didn't know where we booked at till the end. I mean we did choose 3-4... more

This place was not a hotel or a resort in terms of offered services!!! This was just a beach-front condo complex. The complex had 3 bdrm townhouses with kitchens inside, but you have to buy everything yourself including drinking water, salt/pepper as well as sugar and filters for your coffee. The complex is occupied by ants so be careful of... more

I stayed at the blue water resort for one night and it was absolutely wonderful. It was spacious, very clean and had everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. There was a patio in the backyard, the master bedroom connects to a balcony, and there are 2 and a half bathrooms. I would recommend this villa to... more

I stayed at the Blue Water Resort last week for the 4th time. Some reviews said the renovation was complete, some said not. The truth is, only 16 out of 35 are done and there is no completion date now with the bad economy. I did not see any work being done and I did not get a chance to... more

This was our fifth trip to the Blue Water aka Guanahani and it gets better every time we go. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. The units are very clean and spacious. The pool, beach, Tiki Hut and beautiful palm trees are right outside your door. We have tried other resorts Aruba, etc. and nothing... more

We stayed at the Blue Water Resort at Guanahani Village in January of this year and though it was not as hot in the Bahamas as we would have liked, we loved the resort! Before our visit, we researched and found many positive and some mixed reviews, so we didn't know exactly what we would find. We also discovered through... more

I did not stay in the resort, instead took a tour of the place as a potential time-share purchaser. Dont believe any of the 'good reviews' on this site, the place is a dump. If you had to spend a night or two before moving onto another place, Im sure it would be bearable. But, if you were planning to... more

So we got to the hotel early in the morning - before check in time - and the Resort provided us with a complimentary hospitality villa to use throughout the day. Our villa was great - we had no issues with it and thought it was just what we needed - we have never stayed in a 3-bedroom villa before.... more

Checked in on New Year's Day to a Renovated Garden villa. The first floor was nice with a new kitchen but there was a $20.00 lock in the front door with an easily reproducible key and the back sliding door didn't lock on one side. Additionally you could only exit the apartment using the key in the front door from... more
