You truly get what you paid for. There was a security guard at the entrance door, which made me feel better because this place is in the remote outskirts of town. There were quite a few swindlers wandering around this area waiting for a couple of tourists. The room was very unappealing, I slept on the towels I had brought on the bed because the sheets hadn't been changed in a while. Staff is fine, very eclectic....restaurant/bar set up was the best aspect of the place, it was dark with loud jazz, but it did seem highly festive.
