The elevator was broke , the ice machine dont work and the drink machine was broken as well. The staff on or off duty just hangs out in the lobby. i wouldnt suggest this to my dog more

We stayed here for the weekend and it was the worst hotel experience of our lives. The iron didn't work nor did the remote control and the staff took almost 3 hours before they brought another one up to us.
