I coudn't comment more on the cleanliness of the resort from the inside and to the beach and pool areas. Everyone would be hard at work by 7:00am making sure that the grounds are impeccable. Make sure you take a trip to the local grocery store (about a 20 minute walk) to pick up a couple of jugs of water... More

This hotel offers par service for a Sheraton...but the food is very pricey..they offer an all-inclusive for 196.00 usd a day per adult..it is definitely not worth it..the food isnt that great and selection is minimal. we did not do the all inclusive i couldnt justify it. it was cheaper to just go out in town. The rooms are clean... More

Everything was wonderful, the Sheraton should do something about the Wyndham staff walking through their hotel and around the Beach area hitting up the Sheraton Guests to sign up for a Timeshare at the Wyndham. Free Breakfast for a two hour high pressure sales pitch, sorry Wyndham, I do want to invest in the Islands, but the High Pressure Pitch... More

We just returned from the Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort . After reading many of the reviews we were somewhat hesitant. Our check-in was quick, less than 5 min. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Our room was on the 9th floor overlooking the ocean. There really isn't a bad view from anywhere in the resort. The rooms are nicely... More

I spent 3 nights at here from Feb 3-6th. We did not do the all-inclusive package because we used hotel points to stay for free. That being said, we did have to pay for the food. The only downside to staying in the Bahamas is that the cabs are pricey. For 3 of us to go from the hotel to... More

After reading many of the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It has stunning views of the ocean and great pool area next to the beach. Our room faced the ocean and was great to leave the door open to bring the air. We found the staff to be helpful, polite and very friendly. The room was clean,... More

The hotel was very nice appearing. The room was very comfortable. There were numerous pools and a nice beach area. The hotel responded promptly to our request to reset the safe so it was available for us to use. A couple of small issues however..... after three requests, they never brought an extra chair to add to the one on... More

My boyfriend and I spent 3 wonderful nights at this hotel from Feb. 2nd - Feb. 5th 2012. I was a little concerned after reading some reviews I found on this site, but after having been there myself I can't help but wonder if some people didn't review the wrong hotel!! The check in process was quick and easy; we... More

Stayed for one week at the Sheraton Nassau. We got a nice, clean comfortable room with a beach view - so beautiful at night. The hotel is very good. It has a nice gym. The staff are generally quite friendly, although sometimes a bit laid back. The room had free internet. One night we had dinner at the bar and... More

THE GOOD: Location on the beach was amazing. Outdoor/pool areas amazing. Lounge/lobby areas amazing. Rooms/shower, great. Service great. THE NOT-SO-GOOD: Food was average at best, and VERY high priced. In my opinion, bed/pillows were uncomforatble. Long walk to room from only working elevator. Only wired internet in rooms. My wife and I stayed 4 nights at the Sheraton this past... More
