Upon immediate entrance to the hotel it smells like mildew. The staff is very friendly but that does not account. The place is very dirty, line staff is great but the Managers are poorly trained. The food selection was limited even with a selling point of "All Inclusive" and some waiters were rude and slow. Kids club Room on the second floor was damp and wet and clearly a health hazard for our precious little ones. No humidifier. more
