Stayed in the Royal Towers for somewhere around $550 per night.. Upon checking in discovered our toilet was backed up. Called for maintenance on the way out to the beach and was assured that it would be taken care of. When we got back to the room two hours later I had a message apologizing for the earlier toilet issue... more

We were at Atlantis June 21-26. We stayed at the Royal Towers and I was a little worried after reading these reviews for a year. I just can't imagine what is wrong with the people that complained about their stay at the Atlantis. I was there with my daughter who got married while we were there. My room was wonderful,... more

Our family of four arrived on Wednesday the 24th. The ride from the airport on Dan Knowles' bus was delayed so the Dan Knowles people arranged a taxi at no charge to get us to the resort. Our room at the Royal Towers was about forty five minutes late and we had problems using our room key card because we... more

Took my 18 year old son for his HighSchool graduation gift, and his 17 year old cousin .The Atlantis exceeded all our expectations. It's Vegas and Disney World on an Island. I am writing this review to ease the minds of all the future travelers that might have read negative reviews about the Atlantis. I was quite aprehensive about going... more

The Atlantis complex of hotels, water parks, casinos and aquarium is really and truly like a water themed adult Disney world (with plenty for the kiddies too)! That being said... like Disney World, this is not a cheap trip. We're not talking all-inclusive vacation spot here so be prepared to spend some $$$ while raking in the fun and relaxation.... more

We had a great time at the Royal towers. The rooms or ok but Atlantis as a whole is fantastic. The place is expensive but we saved money by ordering pizza (Dominos), Chinese (Double Dragon), Quiznos (Fantastic they serve breakfast too) and eating off the resort when possible. I traveled with my wife and three small kids. I did not... more

We decided to do the Imperial Club so that we would have somewhere quiet to escape from the crowds and we like to have small nibbles throughout the day. The club had a lovely 19th floor oceanfront view, comfortable seating and outdoor bistro tables that would only fit 2 per table. The balconies are quite narrow. It was very quiet... more

The Atlantis resort is one of the most incredible places on the planet. It is a combination of Vegas and Disney in the Caribbean. The hotel and the grounds (including the lagoon and the water attractions) are an incredible visual experience. The flip side - it is incredibly expensive. The price of the hotel and air is just the beginning.... more

My husband and I stayed at the Atlantis in early May of this year. We really enjoyed our trip here. Yes, the food is definitely quite expensive, but we believe there is a reason spending almost $20 at Jamba Juice for just two Jamba Juices. The property itself is amazing. The marine habitat is nothing like we've seen before. The... more

Stayed at Atlantis in June of 2008 and had a wonderful time. It is not a cheap vacation but truly enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I will return once my son gets a little older. more
