My wife and I arrived around 6PM and quickly realized that service is not a focus for the staff. The check-in agent was not engaged and was nearly anoyed at our presence. We reserved a concierge room, however we were never able to contact the concierge, nor did they attempt to contact us - so don't upgrade for this feature.... more
