My boyfriend is renting a 1 BR apartment at this development on the 5th floor. Much of the decor in the hallways is dated. As the hallways are not air conditioned, you can run past the bad decor to your room. His apartment is nice: 2 double beds in the bedroom with a walk-in closet and a nice sized bathroom... more

if you like noise then you will enjoy the early hour awakening you get due to the fitness center traffic that runs right next to the condo bedroom. It starts at about 5;30/6:00AM. It is complimented by the beach traffic that starts about that time as well. The condo itself was OK, but in need of renovation,especially in the bathroom.... more
