Rude staff..lousey room service...refusing upgrade even though half empty...refuse to cash travelers checks even for as low as $10.00....Window is room only opens 3 inches. expensive pool side food 10 hot dog 12 hamburger..no computers available had to walk mile to business office and pay $15 for 15 minutes to confirm and ticket flight...disgusting "fitness center"........pools nice beach so-so close... more
