The host family at the Greenwood Inn were great. Our stay was just what we needed after a very busy winter at our business. If you want isolated, beautiful beaches, this is the place for you. We walked on the beach each way from the resort for 2 hours and didn't see another person. The beach to the north goes... more

The Greenwood Inn is the only accomodation on the eastern side of 48 mile long Cat Island. The beach is protected by a coral reef that buffers the Atlantic surf. At low tide the snorkling is at it's best. There are no restaurants other than the meals provided at the inn at a cost of $40/ day MAP. Expect seafood... more
