Hi Thanks for such a wonderful review of the new caravans. It was good to meet you both and thanks also for being such neat, tidy and careful guests. We look forward to seeing you again at some point in the future. All the best. Keith & Davina. More

Keith and Davina are the BEST. They're friends who I don't see enough! Myself and my boyfriend stayed in the Bunkhouse for a night when stuck for accommodation, after a little crisis. Keith welcomed us with open arms. It's great to know that there's people who are there, even for locals like ourselves.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed for 3 nights and had a great time, the lounge is warm and inviting with the fire, the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The Bedrooms is clean and there are only 6 people per room so it is not too loud.

HI Thanks for such a fantastic review, glad you had a good time. We try to unashamedly encourage an 'old school' communcal atmosphere in the hostel where people of all ages and nationalities can get together, chat about their adventures and plan the next one. Glad you enjoyed it! Keith More

Myself and my two little girls (aged 6 and 8) stayed in the cabin at Glencoe independent hostel for 5 nights. The cabin is set in a delightful, peaceful setting and my girls really enjoyed exploring the surroundings. The cabin is well equipped with a kitchen(including a microwave, oven, toaster, fridge ample cupboard space and a kettle). There is a... More

A group of four of us rented a caravan here for the second year running and my parents have now been persuaded to stay here for Mum's 60th in May. It is a fantastic place to stay. The caravans are in immaculate condition with towels and warm bedding provided. Very cozy. With only a few caravans tucked away in the... More

This hostel (barr none), is my favourite hostel in Scotland. In fact I would go as far to say it's one of my favourite PLACES to stay in Scotland. First let me give you the basics. Beautiful building, wonderful facilities, stunning setting and an extremely helpful 'can do' attitude from the lovely owners Ketih and Davina. I've been visiting this... More

Well, what can I say other thanks for such a fantastic review Jacquie! I hope you've not oversold us though. I think you and your groups get so much out of the facilities and area because of the effort that YOU put in before, during and after your stay. This is such a wonderful area but it really pays to... Love this place. We booked a caravan at very short notice, and they were even better than expected. They have everything you need for a cosy comfortable stay at an excellent price. And the 15 minute walk to and from the pub was always fun. Very highly recommended.

Stayed here for 2 nights with family. The guys were climbing nearby and the girls were chilling out. Beautiful part of Scotland, very remote and peacfull. The hostel was well equipped, warm and comfortable. The owner was lovely, happy to chat and was very helpful printing off some maps and providing local information. About a 15 minute walk along the... More

My wife and I joined our regular walking group here for a long weekend, walking around this part of Scotland. The bunkhouse although basic was absolutely charming and sat in the most stunning locations. Our room was warm, the beds comfy and there was plenty of room for all of our kit bags. Hi Thanks for such a fantastic review, glad to hear you had a good time. From reading your review you actually stayed in our hostel, the bunkhouse is a completely separate building. I was sorry to hear you struggled to seat everyone in the dining room - we've had groups of up to 30 in there (at a squeeze) with... More

Stayed as a group of 16 over New Year 2012/13 in the Alpine Bunk House. We had sole use of the building, 3 bedrooms (1x 8 bed, 2x 4 bed) and a large kitchen / dining room area.
