We stayed for 2 nights and like the majority of the reviews on here our stay was absolutely wonderful. We had our wedding ceremony and reception there on the 31 October and family close friends stayed over, so there was a large group of us. All the rooms are different, and no one within our party had any negative comments... more

Was bailed out by Broomhall as I had to stay in Alloa last minute and was very kindly helped out the same night and stayed for 3 nights. Great place and being restored but on the way to being a classic. Clare on reception, bar etc was a star and very friendly and the feel of the place was great.... more

We have just returned from scotland after spending one night in the Broomhall Castle. We found the reviews very misleading as it has to be the worst place we have ever stayed in. The bedroom is what I can only describe as the poorest excuse for a bedroom, lets say we overlook the tiny bed with this gastly piece of... more

I came across Broomhall Castle looking for a base to visit friends & relatives in the Stirling area where I was brought up. I remember my Dad (brought up in Menstrie), a long time ago, wanting to show my Mum & me this place up behind the town - we couldn't get up to the building as the drive was... more

The Broomhall Castle is a small and cosy castle with a lot of old but also very modern elements. We felt like at home, the staff was very nice and helpful. They even provided us earlier breakfast on the day of our departure. The rooms are fantastic, with big beds, modern big bathrooms and awesome old furniture. Food at dinner... more

Sadly we only stayed one night, but what fun we had. Stunning facade and the interior is nearly there too. We had a wonderful room with a fabulous view. The meal was just right for the price and 'nothing was too much trouble'. Just 10 bedrooms at the moment but they are planning on opening up some more of the... more

A wonderful place to stay, great value-for-money. The room (and the bathroom) was nice, large and clean. We felt home immediately. The interior is fine. The restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast excellent. The service was lovely, very very friendly, and made our stay unique. Unfortunately we arrived too late for diner, so we couldn't try this. more

Stayed at Broomhall for my girlfriends mothers wedding in mid October. From check in until departure I couldn't find any fault with the hotel or the staff. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was to die for and the general bar and lounge areas were an ideal place for relaxing with family and friends. The wedding was well... more

Stayed for just one night. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The bath was more than welcome after the previous hectic days we had had. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was delicious. The staff were so helpful, polite and even gave us extra on the cheese board as we were enjoying... more
