I wanted to write this review to put my views on the staff, which in the reviews I'd checked before going were quite unpromising! However, staff were wonderfully helpful before check in and whilst there. Spent a week in one of the best time shares yet. Blessed with good weather, the facilities,space, views etc facilitated an excellent holiday with disabled husband,2 sons, their wives & 2 toddlers. Just completed a very relaxing week at Kilconquhar - took a timeshare exchange with RCI of a 3-bed bungalow with various friends and relatives coming for short stays. Nice location, good food and standard of accommodation but, without doubt, the worst customer services experience ever. The reception staff are totally unhelpful, argumentative and down right rude. We will never return to this holiday location again! Be warned!!! more
