Stayed one night in the £90.00 rhandregynwen room it was a lovely room with a stunning en-suite and in the morning we had a lovely breakfast. Mark was very friendly and gave us a lift in the morning to pick our car up from a local pub. The pub was called the dolphin they do a excellent even meal and... More

Mark is a very nice man. The food at breakfast was good but the dining room was very cold which was pretty unpleasant. The house is a good base for walking in the area. Dogs are permitted and understandably cannot be left unattended but this can cause a problem at breakfast, especially if you've left your car at the restaurant... More

Thankyou for your review. I am sorry you found it cold, unfortunately you did not mention you were cold as we have a lot of backup heating and it really isn't necessary to be cold even on the coldest days. A shame we got such a low rating based on something that could have been rectified if you had asked.... More

Had a lovely weekend here in December a couple of weeks before Christmas. The rooms were very comfortable a nicely decorated with good quality furniture. The bathroom and whirlpool bath were also good. We had an attic room and it was blissfully quiet. Breakfasts were cooked well and were good quality. The owners were very pleasant and offered good sightseeing... More

Stayed for almost a week whilst visiting different friends in the area. Lovely old house tucked away but close enough to pubs and shops. I had no problem on arrival, as followed the instructions on the door and arrived after 4pm as told on booking. Room very clean and comfy, tea tray topped up daily with extras of my preferences... We were in the £90 a night suite. Nicely decorated and roomy. The proprietors live in the rooms next door and you can hear everything through the walls. Every cough, snore, conversation, and meal. The doors are fire doors so they slam shut. When we arrived no one was there and there wasn't a note on the door. No answer... More

These guests were friends of tenants we evicted from our outbuildings. The tenants had other people post reviews that we have had removed. We now have a selection of tea available. More

Thankyou for your review. I would like to point out that the room you booked has its own private bathroom ,however it is not en-suite. Care must be taken when booking as we do not say anywhere in our publicity it is en-suite. Bath robes are provided to access the bathroom which is a very short distance away. The room... More

Had a lovely weekends stay whilst visiting the area for a wedding. Very kind and considerate hosts. Would stay again. Great breakfast and beautiful room. Snuggled at the end of a lane no traffic to listen too. Nothing too much trouble.

We arrived at a lovely setting only to find a note pinned to the door saying please call if no one answers, we are not far away. Our check in time was 3.30pm and arrived at 4.30pm. I rang the mobile number which went straight to answer machine. I left it a couple of minutes and called again and left... More

The guests arrived as stated and called my wifes phone. As they stated she was nearby in fact in stables visible from the front door attending to some of the horses . My mother in law was staying and was within 50 meters in the garden. Unfortunately my wifes phone had gone to answerphone but she called the guests within10... More

After reading so many good reviews of this B&B we were so disappointed with our 2 night stay. First the B&B was completely deserted on arrival. The client booked through Expedia, all the sites we advertise on should ask if early check in is required and if so please indicate while booking . Also please advise at what time. Expedia and Eviivo who manage the booking system have negligently failed to display this on the booking form. . The client arrived early and was met after... More
