Duck terrine starter and Pear Tatin dessert were pleasing to the eye but absolutely tasteless. Main course was better but would only satisfy the smallest of appetites. I would recommend The Crab to the would be gastronome who can only judge food by the way it looks or its price. more

Overall a nice weekend but as we booked late we did get the least popular room. The mexican room was a little unsual but the bed was comfortable, bathroom nice.. i think the rooms were overpriced but the overall stay was pleasant and we enjoyed the restaurant throughly. Breakfast was fab more

We booked the Crab Romantic break pacakage for our Wedding Anniversary and were really looking forward to it. To be fair the food was delicious (even if the monkfish tail would have fed a family of 4 easily), but I agree with a previous reviewers comment on the sweating manager. The service at breakfast was extremely slow, the full english... more

The crab was lovely. My partner and i stayed in the 'Sandy Lane' room and it was so cosy and tranquial ...... with our own private garden and hot tub!! Beautiful. It was so romantic - just lazing in the hot tub with a nice glass of champers! The staff were really professional and friendly but not overbearing. Our dinner... more

We have just returned from a night at The Crab. Would have scored 5/5 if the shower in the Cipriani Room had worked properly. Apart from that the room was great, imaginatively decorated and comfortable. The real star though is the food, I could not praise that enough. For a romantic treat go to The Crab! more

My other half took me here on the friday night deal/ romantic break which included dinner, bed and breakfast. We stayed in the Cipriani room which was fabulously decorated with silver and black walls and contrasting orange curtains - beautiful. For dinner I had the seafood platter which was absolutely amazing - lobster, crab, scallops, prawns, oyster, mackerel and plenty... more

I've just returned from a night's stay at The Crab as a birthday treat for my fiance. I booked La Mamounia room, and after being worried about the room being small and noisy having read other reviews on this website, I was absolutely delighted to find a wonderful room that was beautifully decorated, of more than ample size, with a... more

I read the mixed reviews on this hotel from “sleep in your car” from “don’t even bother booking” and decided to take the risk and book 2 nights. When my boyfriend and I arrived the outside of the hotel looked nice and presentable. The scenery was beautiful and there was a lot of parking space. The reception area was neat,... more

Hubby and I wanted a romantic getaway and this seemed perfect. Amazing restaurant and great service for dinner but room and breakfast were a shambles. We stayed in Suneva Fushi and it felt as if the cars were in the room with us. There is less than 2 foot from road to window and it being summer (and no air-con... more

Lunch was a three hour journey into the ego of the chef. Rooms are full of clutter - it took 7 months for my broken big toe to heal !! Bathroom(s) had no hot water . ( Bathrooms as in the second and third rooms they moved us to etc etc ) Breakfast was tasteless and sent back. Staff didn't... more
