The larger rooms also have larger and very comfortable beds, and a good shower. A good nights sleep followed by a great hot buffet breakfast. Better signage to the Hotel car park would be helpful. Staff were very friendly

Fine for a budget hotel, service is decent, rooms are clean, they've got new bedding, but Ibis will lose my business if they do not change that outrageous internet access fee of $15.00/day (US). It's way too much for today's tech world.

we find this a good location with staff that are polite and helpful and has comfortable beds, is nice and clean and we always try to stay here as it is near to our place of business, and conveinent for restaurants.....

What makes this perfectly ordinary budget Ibis into something special is the attitude of the staff. We visit regularly and despite the pressures upon them, without exception they are the friendliest, most efficient and helpful we encounter during our many stays in the UK and around Europe. Full marks all round.

Stayed here for 3 nights first weekend in June,, the rooms big bright and very clean. The new beds are fantastic,, and soooo much better than the old ones !! We stayed two nights and this hotel is fine. Located on the western bypass, easy to access from the A46 from Newark and a good base to visit this historic City. The service was very good, the beds comfortable.
