Nice place on the outskirts of Lincoln - liked the french flair as its run by a french team like most of the Accor chain. Had the breakfast for £7.50 and it was varied and as much as you wanted - free paper provided. Shower rooms were massive - would use again

The hotel is fine, clean and tidy with friendly staff. However it was one of the worst nights sleep I've had in a long time. I was in room 209 and the bed was horrendous. Basically a foam matress which you sink into onto broken springs. It was creaky and it really hurt my back because it was rediculously soft.... More

Stayed for one night after a family do, if you want cheap and cheerful then look no further and only ten quid in a taxi from town, my only criticism was the bed which was very uncomfortable for me, but at 40quid a night can't really complain

...is well situated near choice of eateries, but not affected by noise on main road nearby. Bathroom looked like it has only recently been renovated. Breakfast excellent and good value. Suits us as close to relatives, but not too far to city center. Not sure why there was no bed linen for the sofa bed, but my youngest didn't mind.
