We stayed 3 nights at Phi Phi Inn, we saw the scary reviews but we didn't have any trouble with any sort of bugs, the room was clean and was cleaned regularly. Air con worked well and was quiet, staff were helpful when asked e.g. how to use the safe. Location was very close to the pier and main shopping... More

Arriving at the Inn i thought it was just ok...rooms were very dated and plain for what we were paying. However it was very close to the beach so i was content....Until on the third day i was having a shower and noticed something thread like on my skin..so it turns out there was actually worms coming through the shower... The Ritz it is not so be prepared to rough it for the night if your compared to luxury, for what we paid 1600 baht we couldn't really argue, decent size double bed, air conditioning and a working shower that delivered hot water. Be prepared to book your hotel early on Phi Phi as many travellers arrive without digs and... More

This place is all right. Relatively cheap considering the location in the heart of Tonsai Village, close to the beach and to the pier. But the bed was uncomfortable, the rooms aren't cleaned from day to day, most of the staff are rude, etc. I would recommend spending a bit of extra money to stay elsewhere if possible.

I stayed in this place because it was recommended by my guidebook as being a well kept up place away from the Phi Phi party scene. The guidebook could not have been more wrong. The list of issues: - When ever we turned on the sink tap or flushed the toilet little red worms would come out. The shower also... More

Arrived at Koh Phi Phi with no booked accomodation. When you get off the ferry, walk down off the pier and there boards with pictures with all the accomodation on the island. The price at Phi Phi Inn was 1150 baht per night. This was expensive compared to what we had been for the same standard buget accomodation usually 800... More

Our expectations: This hotel originally stood out as unique because it was more centrally located than other budget hotels - In my experience this held true. Many other budget hotels that we passed while exploring the island had more personality than our pick, but they were further away from the ferry and up a hill. Not that this island is... More

We spent 1 night at this hotel. It's an ok budget option, but if you can afford more, then i would go elsewhere. The reception staff spoke good English, and as the room was ready, they let us move in at 11am, which we were grateful for. The bedroom was basic but fine, with comfortable beds, functional a/c, tatty fridge,... More
