The Ritz it is not so be prepared to rough it for the night if your compared to luxury, for what we paid 1600 baht we couldn't really argue, decent size double bed, air conditioning and a working shower that delivered hot water. This place is all right. Relatively cheap considering the location in the heart of Tonsai Village, close to the beach and to the pier. But the bed was uncomfortable, the rooms aren't cleaned from day to day, most of the staff are rude, etc. I would recommend spending a bit of extra money to stay elsewhere if possible.
