Awesome hotel! Very spacious and clean rooms. Big bathrooms as well! The pool is big and beautiful. No more construction work going on in the hotel. I will definitely will come back here!!

We had the same problems as others also tell. Poor and lazy staff, poor breakfast, no towels in rooms and pool. The pool area is nice, but it was the only positive thing in this hotel. I wonder how they have 4 star.

Juz check in and will stay here for 3nites.... hmmmm...greetings was allrite as they are good in that but totally sad with the service n hotels condition... hubby was asked n told to look for transport on his own as the hotel did not provide... hmmmmm....its not even 1day yet.. will update again soon!

First impression of this hotel not very good hotel didn't look clean and didn't get a very warm welcome to what you expect when you visit Thailand.
