Definitely overpriced for what you get. The hottub was drained of water. The food at the attached restaurant was POOR. The mattress was comfy, room clean and tidy, and water hot. Right on the malecon and in the middle of the nightlife. Our room in the back wasn't noisy at all.

Hotel Perla is located on the malecon which is great or not.
