As someone else said, this isn't the place if you're looking for a resort-type vacation. Rooms are simple and funky (though bright and nicely decorated), there are no in-room TVs, etc. However, if you're looking for a low-key, in-town, well-located, authentic Mexican experience, you can't do much better than La Damiana in Loreto. La Damiana is lovely little guesthouse nestled in the heart of Loreto. Less than a block from the town square, the Inn offers you the opportunity to savour day to day life in a sleepy Mexican town.
