We did not have a reservation when we arrived in Rosarito. After checking 2 other hotels, we decided to stay at this one because the guy at the desk gave us a discount and we just wanted somewhere to sleep. The hotel was dead, except for the guy at the front desk and another guy who did not have on... more

Stayed 2 night with the family. It was a little cold the first night the second night we requested another blanket. We received it in about 15 min later. The bathroom and bed rooms were clean. Very quiet hotel when the spring brakers are not in town. The food was also good. Good parking area. Guards always on duty more

Never ever stay at this hotel. You are better off camping at the beach or sleeping in your car! We went for the weekend and there was NO WATER! which means, toilets that don't flush, hands you can't wash, no shower and an overflowing toilet when 9 hours later they attempted to bring the water back. The shampoo bottles where... more

We checked into the hotel early Friday afternoon for a little family vacation. We thought that the hotel was a little shabby for what we paid for. (old used furniture, and the carpets were FILTHY!!) At approximately 2pm on our second day, the entire hotel lost water, it wasn't restored until 9:30 that night. My husband and I went down... more

What seemed like a nice hotel on the beach, turned out to be a rat hole dump... Even though we made a reservation, when we got there they said we didn't have a room reserved. So after making expensive calls and trying to figure out what happened for an hour, they come up to us saying they found our reservation... more

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Looks can be deceiving!! We were overcharged, $140, for a room with nasty towels, no heat, no t.v remote and get this, BROWN WATER! The pipes must be very rusty because that's all that was coming out of the faucets and toilet. I couldn't even shower in this place that's how bad it was.... more

The outside looks nice but the rooms were ugly. The rooms had old paint and dirty towels which I thought was forgiveable. Also, it was freezing in the night. They overcharge for what the room is worth. There wasn't a deadbolt so I propped a chair against the doorknob while we were in the room (which made us feel safer).... more

I stayed here in January '07. The room was HORRIBLE. I am mexican, and I am used to sort of "roughing it," but the room was $80 and not worth it. First, there is no dead bolt on the door, so safety is a little compromised. It was freezing when we were there, and the rooms have no heaters. The... more

WoW! This hotel fits the phrase "looks can be deceiving!" It looks really nice on the outside, but in the inside... EEEEWWWWW!!!! I booked this hotel for a little mini family vacation, and I mean the whole family vacation. There was about 15 of us and we rented 3 rooms with each room having 2 queen size beds. Were we... more
