Our room was broken into while we were asleep. An expensive blackberry phone stolen. Everything points to an employee with a pass key. The manager will not respond, answer letters. They can check the door key codes to see who enetered but this information was kept from us. We feel violated and would never trust the hotel again. Very dissapointed... more

My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Lucerna in October 2007 for three days and were very pleasantly surprised with everything the hotel had to offer!
