Everyone at this hotel was extremely courteous. Although the rooms (we stayed twice) coule be more aesthetically pleasing in terms of the overall finish of the paint, moldings, etc, it was very comfortable. Stayed at Tijuana Lucerne mid weekend in September, 2004. I like the Lucerne in Mexicali better for service. However, hotel rates on weekend are good, food is excellent and reasonably priced.
