I agree with assessment regarding the service. When we walked into the lobby you couldn't tell if anyone was working there. This place is simply charming. The amount of thought and attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. The use of bright colors on walls, textures on fabrics, creative lighting, tropical plants and fountains is nothing short of amazing.
