Charming layout, beautiful view, no management, dishonest staff. Was asked to pay cash for wine at dinner, and found out the waiter was overcharging us hoping we wouldn't notice so he could take a cut. Rooms reserved months in advance were not honored.

This was our 5th time to stay at Hotel Divisidero Barrancas, and the second time they did not have the rooms we reserved and confirmed repeatedly - beware of their policies! Spectacular views, OK rooms, below par food and the hotel does not share mandatory tips with staff! There are other alternatives with rim views - research!

Stayed here December 2004. The bathrooms need renovating - peeling paintwork. Bedroom was clean and very simple - definitely not luxury.
