the hotel is clean and soo beautiful, i love it speacially during decenber the decoration takes you to another place. The receptionists are kind and patient. During 2 years we have visit Monterrey and this is our favorite one

A long weekend spent in Monterrey was augmented and facilitated by the helpful staff. Nice price. Excellent facilities and clean quiet room. Hotel restaurant was wonderful. Perfect location for Macro Plaza and other sites.

Stayed there a couple of times and couldn't get any deluxe rooms with running hot water or heating/cooling. Had to sleep with the window open. The hotel is really beautiful and the hotel restaurant serves great food. Bedroom was good (not as good as the hotel but good). It's 20 minutes away from the airport. Service is very good. Monterrey is a very dangerous place so I never left the hotel to walk around.
