This is a decent business hotel, but the reviews on this site are just not justified. Four of us checked in at 11:30pm and were met with a smiling staff, with our reservations already processed, and were whisked up to our hotel room. The rooms were very nice. Double doors to the outside atrium were crucial. It turns out, as other reviewers have mentioned, the band was playing and you can hear it in your room.... more

Enjoyed this hotel. Centrally located. Pretty safe area. As always, just be aware of your surroundings. Very nice staff, free internet and multiple restaurants in the hotel. Some are rather pricey. Visited the hotel in Nov 05, the room was very clean. It had double doors leading outside which helped keep the noise of the "cover band" out completley. The breakfast was a Marche buffet style. Travel frequentely to Monterrey Mexico and always try to use the Crown Plaza. Just returned from my latest visit December 2, 2005.
