We are a big family from Tampico, Tamps. Mexico. and we selected this hotel because we wanted to stay all together in the same room. The first day the receptionist gave us a big room with 2 double beds and a bed sofa, it also has a fridge, a micro and a small kitchen with all the stuff to make some food and eat. I t was very nice, but then they changed to 2 rooms without telling us in advance. When we arrived after a tired day of sightseeing they sent us to two different rooms. I think this wasn´t fair and very uncomfortable too. We complained but they said they had a previous booking for this day, but they didn´t tell us since the beginning. DON´T STAY IN THIS HOTEL if you are a big family. For the other things it is ok, the restaurant, they have internet, washing machine, etc. more
