We stayed in BW Valle real in August 2009 for one week. Because we were going to study there for one semester we needed to find a house. The staff from Best Western visited houses with us and they drove us everywhere! To school, looking for houses and to buy furniture! They helped us with everything! The hotel was also... more

the air conditioner didnt work, we had to call down to the front desk, and a very nice man came up and he did fix it. later we went to take a shower, and there we're 2 different color hair in our shower, im a blonde and none of thoses hairs we're blonde LOL brown, and black hairs to be... more

i had a reservation at this hotel for a free night that i earned through best western. i checked my reservations a week after i made it and saw it was canceled by the hotel. i didn't know why it was canceled but usually hotels make the excuse that the credit card declined. i sent them a email advising that... more
