I stayed here for 2 days while touring several parts of Mexico. This hotel is very clean. The rooms were nice. You had to have a room key to use the elevators and to get into the swimming pool, etc. The hotel is right across the street from the Galerias Monterrey mall---take the skywalk. Overall the hotel was pleasantly nice, new and clean. Hotel room had refrigerator, microwave and in-room safe. Pleasant staff. Free breakfast. Television was majority of Spanish language television (below average compared to other hotels in the area). Train track is near the hotel (behind the Galleria). The Sheraton Galerias Monterrey is a brand new high rise hotel. It sits across the street from Monterrey's premier shopping mall - Galeria Monterrey. The Hotel is connected to the Mall by a private overpass pedestrian walkway (you need a room key card to open the doors in the walkway.
