Stayed at City Express in November 2007. It was a decent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. It's essentially a standard, generic hotel. I had no issues at check-in or anything. They do have suite type rooms with mini kitchenettes. They also offer continental breakfast. Be sure to check out the Saltillo Traveler Channel, it can give you a good glimpse of tourist attractions in the area. I would recommend this hotel for a one or two night stay in the area. It's located on one of the major streets in the city so it has easy in and out for city excursions. For longer stays I would recommend a more "charm-filled" hotel with a little more local feel. Just my two cents! more
