nice location across from beach, but have to cross super busy street to get to the beach, could take 15 minutes just to cross. air conditioning was horrible on the 15th floor. plus elevator was broken!!!!!! up that many stairs, insane!!!! at night we needed ear plugs and we could still hear the club music!!!! service was horrible. no internet/computers... more

I had a great time at the Romano palace The food was good, the rooms were clean, the staff was great. It's the place to be for spring break If your going on vacation to relax and get some sleep don't go here! It's for the younger crowed It's a party at the pool or beach all day and the... more

I went to Acapulco with a group of friends and the rest of our college stayed at Romano Palace. This hotel is beyond disgusting, I am a bit of a hotel snob so I came here with low expectations. This hotel is far far far far from luxury if that is what you are looking for. If you are a... more

I went to have some time with my family and I had a terrible time. It is across the street from the most noisiest club ever. The hotel itself is pretty bad. We had to move twice because of the loud noise across the street and the second room they gave us the toilet was leaking. It was terrible. If... more

This is a great low budget hotel across the street from the beach but it does have a few problems. The elevators do not work very quickly or well at all from the floors - they work fine from the lobby. The buffet meals are ok as far as hotels go but the hours they tell you they are open... more

I am 19 and went to Romano Palace with my boyfriend for a week. What's great about this place is that it's right on the main strip of all the clubs which have open bar between $15-30 (US) per person. But if you have a family with kids and are looking for a quiet vacation, do not go here...it stays... more

This hotel has one of the most beautiful views to the bay. We really enjoy the view; the only problem is the night clubs right in front of the hotel, they were so loud and all night long (until 5 am) If there is a complain this would be my only one. The staff were great and helpful. more

The Romano Palace is not a good hotel. The lock boxes in almost every room is broken. The first full day i was there, my phone and about 300 dollars worth of clothes were stolen out of my bag. The elevator system is the worst ive ever seen. Half of the week i was there, one of the two was... more

We (total of 15 people in 4 rooms) stayed at the Romano because Playa Suites were booked solid when we started looking (late) in January. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, so most of the people who had arrived before us were already hammered. Check in didn't take too long (I'd advise having at least 1 person in your group... more

Me and 3 friends stayed in Romano Palace for 3 nights and we got what we expected for the amount of money we paid for it. Personnel was friendly, rooms were clean, view was fantastic. Music down on the streets starts at 20:00 and ends at 5:00 so it was quite disturbing. It got even worse when springbreakers arrive... But... more
