Stayed at La Marina as a first timer in Acapulco. The hotel was selected for me due to its proximity to the friend that I was visiting. All in all, the hotel is a more than adequate accomodation. We found a beautiful hotel but had a terrible experience. Money was stolen out of the hotel's safety deposit box (we were not the only ones) & then we were called liars & were threatened by the manager & asked to leave because we were upset.
