My wife, her sister and mother traved to the plaza in Febuary of this year. It was our seconed trip to this property and we were expecting the same level of service and quality that we had recived two years before when the hotel was still undergoing renovation. We arrived early afternoon which is a bonus since lunch was still... more

We booked our trip in december and found a cheap price for an all inclusive package so we thought when we arrived at the hotel we recieved our envelope of information come to find out a day or so later in that envelope was a letter telling us that our package is a semi inclusive so what we got was... more

I booked the hotel mainly to the rather tempting price/room of ~50USD per night. When reading the Tripadvisors review we decided we will try our luck for the 2 days we planned to stay in Acapulco. We either were lucky or Crowne Plaza is simply starting to shine again. The room we got was spacious, clean (apart from the bathroom... more

We just returned from a week's stay at the Crown Plaza. The outside of the hotel is impressive but the rooms need a significant updating. The pictures were old and hanging askew. The room needed paint and the drapes were old and missing drappery hooks. The towels were old, thin, and rough to the skin. Before we went to bed... more

I love the Crowne Plaza Aapulco, for the most part the check-in staff are nice and speak English enough to get you checked in and ready to start your vacation. I upgraded to a Bahia suite and loved it. The view from the room is beautiful, and we even got to see the sunset every night. The room is very... more

I was in the fiesta inn the first 4 days , was very nice , but kind of quiet for my nephew, i did the stupid mistake to move to the crowne plaza, thinking that he was going to have more fun, but well the room was clean , but all the linens were old with holes, stains in sheets... more

I read many of the reviews for the Crown Plaza Acapulco before our trip in February. I was anticipating the absolute worst. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was fine. Even better than fine. Every room in the place has an absolutely gorgeous view of both the beach, city, and mountains. The beach in front of the hotel is probably... more

I was there the same time as the last two reviewers and certainly noticed the special group there for the week end, but didn't experience their problems. A busy hotel means the elevators are slower and the staff is running like crazy. We saw that for sure, same as any hotel with a convention at it. We tipped the way... more

My husband and I spent a week here, the hotel is clean and the staff were very nice at first. When the Mexican Conventioners arrived the rest of us were ignored. We were unable to even get coffee in the morning because the staff were busy catering to the conventioners who were rude and crude. Also could not even get... more
