We were orginally booked at the LA Palapa hotel which we quickly renamed the delapalapa, it was terrible modly beds no hot water plates filled with food on the hallway floor. Thankfully we were moved to the qualton club the next day, the food was amazing, staff was friendly and everything was always very clean. Moving to the Qualten Club... more

The Qualton Club was just fine (07-14 Feb. 2003)! I have stayed here 2 times prior and had great experiences! It is a very acceptable resort offering the expected amenities with a staff that was very accommodating! The hotel area is nice enough to make you never want to leave. But dont do it! Seeing Acapulco is an absolute MUST!... more
