Casa Condesa is one block off the Costera (the main drag). There are a lot of bars on the Costera. These bars close very early in the morning. The bars have no walls, therefor, the music is loud, and it carries. We were originally in Room 2, but the noise was too much for us to receive a good nights... more

We have been here before, so it is our second time and that means we like not only the place, but also the people and the location. Casa Condesa has lot of different rooms for different tastes. So my advice would be to ask Roy (the administrator) all the details of the accommodation. We stayed in a room with a... more

Every winter, sometime around my birthday, my partner and I escape Chicago's snowy, frigid shores, to see the sun and per chance to sweat. This year Acapulco was our lucky winner! Acapulco. This hot, sunny, pulsating city is making a comeback. In the 50's & 60's Acapulco was one of THE places to be and be seen. Movie stars, politicians,... more

Have just returned from a 5 day stay at the Casa Condesa. Yet again we had a fantastic time. From the moment you arrive you feel at home and really switch off from the 'outside world'. James and his staff make you feel like family, cooking up great dishes every evening. The best thing about the casa condesa is the... more

Casa Condesa is one of those special holiday finds. From the moment I arrived I felt like I was at home surrounded by friends rather than staying at a resort. My room was spacious, colourful and very Mexican! I loved the open shower with the downlights and the coloured windows. The bed was comfortable and the room was airconditioned and... more

As an airline professional, I have the privilege of traveling frequently. Without a doubt, the most enjoyable "me time" trip and accommodation I've ever experienced was at Casa Condesa. James and Roy and the rest of the staff make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive until it's time to say farewell. The rooms are tastefully and... more

My stay in Acapulco didn't start well--an upset stomach, general exhaustion and having to drag my luggage up a street being repaved and then landing at a rather ordinary doorway didn't bode well. But all that changed as I climbed the stairs and arrived in a beautifully landscaped tropical pool area surrounded by some comfortable places to lounge around both outside... more

My ship ported for an all day exploration of Acapulco, departing @ 100am the following morning. I had planned to spend the day @ Betos and Condessa beach, (in mind from a week-long visit in 1990), shower, change clothes and go out for the nightlife. However, from the moment I arrived, hospitality relentlessly surpassed my expectations; treated like family and... more

After having been to almost every country in Western and Esastern Europe , 5 countries in Asia, 4 in South America , Canada the US and 4 states in Mexico; finally I found paradise! Casa Condesa is managed by the most caring and charming host. All the attendants are extremely helpful and ready to serve. The answer to any request... more

I`ve been to Casa Condesa 5 times and it`s definately my favorite gay spot in all of Mexico. The place is very informal and laid back and the staff makes you feel at home right away. It`s close to the gay beach and bar`s. In fact, i rarely use a taxi when at the Casa . They serve breakfast whenever... more
