Charming! My hubby and I just returned from El Careyes Hotel in Costa Allegre, Mexico, for a 4 day anniversary celebration. The hotel is very romantic and small - just the way we like it. This hotel, located a couple of hours south of Pueto Vallarta, was managed previously by Starwood hotels but they left when the hotel was going to be sold (although I saw that it is still part of the Mexico Boutique Hotels group).
