The hotel is clean, confortable, and reasonably priced. But it has a major inconvenience: it is located next to the popular "La Papaya" nightclub. La papaya has disco-powered loudspeakers, playing lively dance tunes all night long. All this located in a open air veranda, barely 15 meters away from the hotel premises. Needless to say, sleeping is impossible.

Worse of all, hotel management neither announce this or take liability. Until the nightclub shuts this irregular business, this hotel is NOT an option to stay in otherwise beautiful Huatulco.
