The Tesoro Resort is a convenient 20-minute ride from the airport. The property sits right on the ocean front and you can listen to the waves crashing all night and enjoy spectacular sunsets. we stayed in a privately owned villa on tesoro property.......buildings are old,pool in terrible shape and the uniformed "fun police" made having a good time difficult the food was just ok , but we only ate there twice as we cooked in our villa or ate out mostly.....one highlight was alex's beer planet bar 2 blocks off the main drag... more
