I reviewed the pictures, etc. from the website and felt a bit unsettled at not being able to get a full view of the rooms and the quality. El RanchoPerlaNegra has been our vacation spot in Mexico for the last three years. This place was advertised as one of the best places to stay at in Manzanillo. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a real disappointment. But let's talk about the good things first: the seaview is really amazing, and the management very friendly and helpful with perfect English. If you're looking for a secluded paradise in Mexico, this is it. The hotel and surrounding area would make a super location for a feature film.
