Had a great time here. The service was excellent, hotel staff was very courteous, everyone spoke English, but that didn't matter, I speak Spanish as well. Accomodations were very nice, had a great suite with kitchen, everything was stocked and clean. All we had to provide was the food. We just returned from a 1 week RCI exchange at the Mayan Palace Regency Tower. I read many negative reports on this property and was leery about what we were getting into, but the resort is a compact beachfront property with little lacking. We stayed at the Mayan Palace Regency Mazatlan for March Break and had an awesome time! This hotel is part of the Mayan Sea Garden grounds but it is Mayan Palace accommodations.
